I met Claudia back in 2012, she was highly recommended by one of my other friends. I wanted to sell my house then and she was so very professional and knowledgeable and she had given me peace of mind that I am handing over such a very important task to someone I could trust. We did find a potential buyer eventually but circumstances did not allow me to sell then. She was so understanding and it did take me two more years before I went ahead and relisted my home. I chose Claudia over other realtors who wanted to represent me because over those two years she didn’t pressure me to sell the house, she actually became a friend, A very good friend. She was able to help me sell The house in record time and help me secure a place before I was able to buy my new home.
